Question My computer is having trouble starting up and any advice would be appreciated.

So today I went to turn my computer on and as usual the press del to enter bios or f11 for boot menu screen came up, but after that my screens went to black so I turned it off and back on. The second time the computer shut itself down after the bios screen. It took about 5 more tries to come on correctly. It works fine once I can get it to start.

Any error codes beeps that you've noticed when the system doesn't boot? To me based on your trouble description, it may be flaky memory. Try removing one memory stick (if you have multiple's) and see if that does anything differently. Also while your inside the case, double check that all connections are tight, especially the PSU connection to the motherboard and to the CPU.

List the major components (manufacturer / model) of your system to help more, could also be a failing HDD possibly. New a little more system and component information.

And no it hasn't beeped or given any warning messages.
