[SOLVED] My Computer is making weird noise

My pc has done this for a good bit over the year, I just got a new GPU today and this has been the loudest it has ever been before, It seemed to only last for a little bit and now is somewhat quite but is still doing it. Not sure where the noise is coming from though.(Click small link under youtube box to see it)

does not make a difference. it is not the Tom's link that has the issue, it is your YouTube settings.

the rattling sounds like a bad fan or maybe a loose case component.
try stopping each fan one at a time. and check all case screws and other case components(latched panels, etc) are fully seated.

also, do you have a liquid cooling setup?
