Question My computer is making weird noises. Any clue what's wrong?

My gaming rig has been having a number of issues which I've mostly looked past. It tends to randomly restart (much like a power outage), and has given me a series of BSODs (unexpected store exception, kernel data inpage error, memory management, system thread exception). More recently it has begun making weird noises which is far more concerning. Sometimes these noises have been accompanied by a rubbery smell. Below are links to audio recording of my rig.

Any idea what these noises are? Feedback would be much appreciated.

Maybe a grinding Fan or PSU coil whine. I would open the case and check fans/cabling to narrow it down...
