My Computer Is Noisy!!

Hello there.
My Computer lately has become extremely loud, i believe its my fans
Tried slowing them down in SpeedFan but didnt work
CPU Fan 33280RPM
Rear 5986RPM
2 Artic fans (Intake and exhaust)
Stock CPU Fan

The stock cooler is not a good choice. Get a Cooler Master tx3, which is much better in cooling and will have a quiet fan. It comes with a 4-pin connector so in the BIOS you can opt to slow it down when the processor isn't on full load. On ebay.com you can get quiet case fans (at 25 db) of all sizes.

What are your specs?

When was last time you used can of conpressed air to clean out cpu heatsink, gpu, and psu?

Use a paper towel tube or the like with side panel off and listen to find the specific fan that’s going out.
