My computer is not detected by Moniter and peripherals

I checked the sticked post and checked off everything on that list. After removing my gpu and putting it back in my computer, my computer is not being detected anymore. The problem is my computer because moniter works and so does the hdmi cable. Computer was working for 2 weeks before flawlessly.Gpu fan spins, cpu fan spins, and all other fans spin. Cant even access bios because even without graphics card in i have this same issue, i tried to use somthing other than dvi but again, it didnt work. Please HELP

My build:
gtx 980 4gb msi afterburner
16 gb corsair ddr4 ram
i5 6500
h110m-k asus motherboard
xplus power 725w power supply

The ram was loose. Put it in properly and everything worked
