I have a one-year-old basic Dell computer desktop. I keep it completely shut down most the time when I'm not using it. I will be laying in bed and all the sudden when it is completely off it turns on for about three seconds and then turned right back off and it does it about every other day. I can't find the answer to why it does this anywhere

Might be doing a scheduled test of some sort.

I was reading about the scheduled things but they all said it would do it if the computer was sleeping. But I leave it completely turned off!! And it never does anything when it does turn on for those few seconds. I also couldn't find any info on where scheduled things are so I could turn it off.
