[SOLVED] my computer is rebooting it seft like if the power cut off

my computer is failing to start and when it does , it reboot it self and take several attempts to boot up again, for me looks like some psu problems but I not sure.

I'd find out what model EVGA PSU it is.
For random restarting, once software and firmware has been eliminated, it typically goes:
PSU > GPU > RAM > MB > CPU

Even more so PSU if it is poor quality.
Do you have any spare parts you can test with?

You can try plug off all the PSU cables from Mobo, GPU, etc and plug it again, this cloud help you.

There is also a chance that your PSU don't have enough power to provide for your components.

I belive that it would be nice if you also check your temps on the cpu and gpu, this could cause the random shutdowns.
