sometimes when i start my computer its really slow. For example in counter strike i usually get 300fps while sometimes when it gets slow i never get above 40 which almost makes the game unplayable. Also sometimes when i start my pc the screens wont start so i need to click the reset button to fix that. and when it gets slow all i really seem to need to do is to restart it a couple of times.......

pc specs:
nvidia gtx 970
intel core i5 4690k
16gb of ram
i have windows and counterstrike installed on my SSD from adata 256gb
and most other things on my 1tb HDD
i also have a gigabyte mini itx z97 motherboard

already tried running malwarebytes on it but no differance

That can stem from a large number of problems. I guess there are a few ways to narrow it down:
What is your PSU brand and output wattage?
What OS are you running?
Have you had any recent upgrades to your hardware?

When it happens again remember the precise time at which it happens then when your computer is stable:
- Press start type in "event viewer"
- From the box on the left side of your screen select "Windows Logs"
- Look at "Application" for any errors that happened at the precise time
- Then look at "System" again checking for errors at the time.
- Post any errors that match the time it happened on here by copying the text at the bottom in the "general" tab.
- Please use very nice spacing or my eyes will burn as this stuff if very difficult to read

my psu is a coolermaster with 650W and its one of those bronze 80+ once and my os is windows 10 swedish edition and i have not had any hardware upgrades since i built it from scratch

There was a recent big update to windows 10. Is this a recent problem? Though that being said, this problem is usually either caused by a worm or driver issues. If you can identify when it started happening then you could just use system restore. However, if it has been a problem for quite a while I would suggest you try and pinpoint the error in Event Viewer and post it here. When the issues happens again also press Ctrl-Shift-Esc and select more details then see if there is a process that is using up a lot of resources.

it has always been like this ever since i first made it even after the new update its the same but ill try the event viewer thing next time it happens

update:
i now my computer just randomly lagging for some reason which it never have done before it usualy happens when i restart my pc but there are no errors in my event viewer at this time just some random shit like 1hr ago... u think it could be a hardware problem?
