my computer is slow?

OP has got 6700k and gtx 1080.
Only a gtx 1080ti or Titan XP will run most games high/ultra 4k@60hz.
On medium and maybe some games on high settings you could hit 60.

So to summarize all the text...you have a i7 7700, ddr4 2400, and a gtx 1080. No, you will not get close to 60fps at 4K. You can touch it with a 1080ti.

so neither 1080 or 1080ti can get to 60 fps on 4k on high or medium? so my computer has no errors?
let me phrase my question again... so there is no hardware failure or issue with my computer? am i getting what i should be getting?

You can hit 60 fps in games if u drop settings with a 1080. You can always overclock you CPU and 1080 to get the most out of it.

i didnt get my answer though..... so okay

1. i cant get maximum with 1080p on 4k on maxiumum quality settings

2. so there is nothing wrong with my hardware? since i cant actually get 4k on full? with my specs?

3. is it because of the GPU or is there a bottle neck in my hardware... this question is seperate from the one where i ask if my hardware is healthy
