My computer is stuck at a black screen at startup need help

When I start my computer it starts normally. The fans start and the komplett logo comes up on the screen (komplett is a company that builds computers in Sweden) but after that the screen just turns completely black and the windows logo doesn't show but the computer is still running. I have tried to click ESC f2 f10 f12 and all other buttons there is to see if I can open the boot menu but the only thing I can open is the motherboard menu with the delete button. I haven't found a solution anywhere and I am hoping that I can get help from someone at this forum

Oh well you can at least boot into bios, that's good. It makes it more likely that this is a software rather than hardware failure, and if it is hardware, then likely hard drive or ssd problem. If you go into bios, can you see it list the hard drive, the one that has the OS on it?
If no, you're likely going to have to take out your HDD and try and get info off of it by connecting it to another computer.
If yes, try getting your windows (assuming you're running windows) installation cd (or usb) and try booting with it, and then instead of installing, run the repair utility off of it to see if it can address the issues with the startup, whatever they are.

Thanks for the answer I have done some testing and now the mother card seems to be dead so I'm going to buy a new one and hope that the computer will work
