my computer is suddenly freezing and shutting down

my computer is suddenly freezing and shutting down.Few days ago it was only shutting once a day but now a days its shutting after ever 10 to 15 mins.
i have cleaned my cpu fans many times but it did not helped me :/
need help ..

Do u get any BSOD while its freezing?

Can u tell me your whole PC System Specs and what Version of windows your using?

Can u give more details on what happens when it get freezes?

Did u checked your CPU'S Temperature?

Have u ever scanned full system for Antivirus/Malware?

no i didnt get any bsod its just freezing

SYSTEM SPECS:

PROCESSOR: Tntel(r)Core(TM)2 DUO CPU
RAM: 4GB
System type: 64 bit

i am using windows 7 ultimate
i have Kaspersky antivirus

Suppose i m surfing internet, listening to music suddenly everything freezed and shutting down,then again am turning on my pc..
its happening after every 10 to 15 mins

with a open hardware.exe i can see the tempture its showing cpu core #1 41.0 degree c (min) 36.0degree c (max)
and core #2 is 36.0 degree c (min) 51.0 degree c (max)
yes i scanned my pc with (kaspersky) anitvirus/malware few days ago

your computer is a desktop or a laptop ?
what is the brand ?
some laptop have a defective components and year after year showing several problems
including bsod or freezing
how years old are your pc ?

Make sure that your Local Disk D & C are not full,

Try dusting out inside ur CPU,

clean off the dusts from ur PC Fans.
