My computer is taking alot longer than usual to start up...

Here recently its been taking about 2 minutes for my computer to start up yet i have windows installed on a SSD, used to take about 10 seconds and its soo frusturating. I dont know whats wrong with it but i think i might know because when i start up my computer and finally get in i get a error message saying that MicrosoftOneServices.vbs couldint be found... i think this may have something to do with it because it havent happened to me before. I suppose it somehow got deleted off my pc when i was cleaning up my computer. Can someone share this file with me so i can put it back?

Have you tried to do a Windows update to see if it would replace it? If you get an error on boot that is surely the problem. What OS are you running?
