I recently got Ark:Survival Evolved and the game is great, but my computer becomes very hot when I play and I don't want it to overheat. What should I do?

I recently got Ark:Survival Evolved and the game is great, but my computer becomes very hot when I play and I don't want it to overheat. What should I do?

1. What are your specs?
2. What cooling do you have?
3. What is your GPU/CPU usage?
Also ARK is an extremely demanding game, don't be surprised if your temps get a little high while running it, probably the most demanding game out at the moment.
