I received an extra radeon hd 5570 from my cousin around a year ago and when I installed it with the drivers on the website it worked fine for about a month. I remember downloading a windows 8 update and then after that my computer would just start to crash and restart at random moments. it didn't matter if I was browsing or playing games it would just randomly crash and restart. I uninstalled the card, deleted all the drivers and went back to the integrated graphics and it still crashes. I've tried everything I know, I've updated all my drivers and troubleshooted countless times. Please help!

What other indication do you have that it's the video card? I would think it's something else if you've removed it and gone to the integrated graphics and it still crashes. Do you have anything in your event logs?

Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer

Look in your Windows Logs for anything. I usually filter by critical and error

I tried that before and I deleted a driver that it said wasn't working but it still keeps crashing

I think I found the problem! it says a windows kernal power manager is the one that keeps shutting down my computer, I don't really know how to fix it though,
