My computer keeps crashing. Please help.

I like to play games but my computer crashes multiple time while trying to play. My sound stops and the mouse doesn't move, so I have to shut it down manually. Here are the specs.

3.90 gigahertz AMD FX -6350 Six-Core
8142 Megabytes Usable Installed Memory
AMD Radeon (TM) R7 370 Series [Display adapter

I was playing Terraria, cod world war 2, world of Warcraft and hero siege. It started like a month ago.

All my drivers are up to date and it happens when I am on YouTube and also RuneScape.

The S.M.A.R.T passed and so did the Short Drive Self Test.

My best friend gave me this computer and said if I need him to he will look at it again and get me new parts if I need them. Could it be an issue with over clocking or maybe I need a better power supply or even a better fan?
