My computer keeps losing internet, no problem with WIFI- full bars.

My dell windows 7 keeps losing wifi. It did this a few years ago with another router. No problem with routers, i have full bars when its connected and other computers and phones work fine. Router is not overloaded either. Tried unplugging router, updating drivers, running diagnostics, turning off firewalls, etc multiple times. Works fine when plugged into router with a cord. Please help

i have a intel centrino wireless n2230 (i had to google what that was, hopefully right answer?) and if another network means another wifi source then no i havent tried it recently, i did try using the wifi extension and it still kept kicking me off. but in the past when its done this, it did work on other sources. for months i have been using this router without any problem. no changes to the computer that im aware of.

Download the Intel Driver Update Utility and see if there is an update available for the device.

there was an update to the intel driver but it still didnt fix the problem. i tried using another router in someone else's house and it still did not work. continued to kick me off after a few seconds. the internet comes on and off, sometimes it works for a while other times it kicks on and off repeatedly.
