My Computer Keeps Randomly Crashing

These are some footage of the computer crashing.

It seems to be working fine most of the time but crashes everytime I try to use Adobe Premiere CC 2015 or 2017 (the CS6 version works fine though).
I thought it was a hardware issue so I fired up FurMark and it crashes too.(however, aida64 and prime95 is still running fine)

Thermals are reasonable, I live in a tropical country so my cpu on idle is around mid 40 and mid60 on load. GPU stays 45 on idle.(All temperatures are in Celsius)

I don't know what the issue is so I even did a clean installation of windows 10 (from windows 7) but the crashes still go on.

The test says that my ram is fine.

yea I did, the diagnostic test ran fine on my pc, no stutter freeze or whatsoever.

try reinstalliing the program.
