Question My computer lags then stops signal to both monitors.

So recently my PC has been doing this thing whilst playing games it will lag severely then the signal to my monitors will cut out (I have 2 identical K22HQL's) and I have to restart my PC to get things back to normal. I play a few games like Cities: Skylines, Minecraft Bedrock, and sometimes Roblox. It used to happen if watching a video on another display but it seems to do it whenever.

Specs:
Intel Core i5-9400F 2.90GHz
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650
8GB RAM
(no clue about the rest though if important, it more seems like a GPU issue to me.)
