My Computer not recognizing SSD

I just installed a new 250GB SSD into my PC and when I go to My Computer, it does not show it on there. I tried to follow other solutions by going to disk management, however it is not there either. I currently have a 250GB SSD Drive for boot and a RAMDisk partition. When I run a computer benchmark tool (Piriform Speccy) it shows that there are two SSD's connected and shows me the temperature of it. I can't find it in My Computer and Disk Management other than that. I've tried to plug the sata cables into different ports to no avail. I'm running out of solutions.

Here are my specs if it helps:
- Samsung 850 Evo 250GB (boot drive)
- Windows 8.1 Pro
- Samsung 850 Evo 250GB (Secondary SSD not working)

Thanks a lot

Solution
Try a CMOS Clear. If that doesn't work, then contact Samsung for RMA ticket.

When SSDs disappear, that usually means the controller is locked up in panic mode, and there isn't much a user can do for it.
