I had to change the motherboard ASROCK G41C-GS, when I play video games my computer off,
intel pentium dual core E5700 3.0ghz, 2 ram ddr2 2gb and asus nvidia G210 ddr2 512mb.

Solution
You didn't replace the thermal compound when you put the cooler back on? That's the one of the biggest mistakes you can do when you build/upgrade a rig.

It doesn't matter if one stand is broken as long as your cooler is securely in place.

You could start by measuring your temps and gving us the brand of your PSU. There are a lot of generics PSUs out there that are of low quality. And how long have you owned your computer?

I took my dad's office computer as possible in 3 years but my computer upgrade's like adding a graphics card, change the ram and motherboard change. PSU maybe I was 3 years and my PSU brand is SZ-400WP4

Most people forget that the PSU is a very important part of their setup. What you have my friend is a possibly generic PSU that has no guarantee of quality. Your bad PSU and the years it has degraded with use could be the reason why your computer suddenly goes off. I suggest getting a new and better PSU.

Get PSUs from well known brands such as Corsair or Antec. Seasonic offers the best models in the market. Thermaltake's new Toughpower XT models are also pretty good, and I use them myself. Cooler Master's PSUs however are of questionable quality.

Get models that are 80 Plus Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum certified

I Googled the brand and it doesn't show up promising. The AVF brand might be cheaper and might have more wattage, but wattage isn't the sole measure of quality in PSUs. For PSUs, what you pay is what you get.

If you buy a cheap PSU, no matter what wattage it has, it would be a risk to your system. However, if you get a quality PSU from a trusted brand, then you could have a PSU that could power your rig for atleast 2-3 years.

If you want to upgrade in the future, buy PSU from the brands I listed above. 😀

Oh, hey. I thought you killed this thread when you started another one. Anyway, Cooler Master's PSU aren't as good as their fans, coolers, or cases. Cooler Master PSUs typically lag behind leaders such as OCZ, XFX, Seasonic, Corsair, and Antec.

Bottom line: stay clear of them.

Idle is when your computer is basically on a standby mode, when it's on but you're not doing anything intensive on it. When your PC is under load, it means that your running some intensive programs such as games or 3D modeling.

If the temps you gave us are taken when your PC is idle, then you should worry, otherwise, if it's under load then it's okay.
