Question My computer on and then off

So the motherboard I have is a GIGABYTE B360M DS3H. I'd made sure everything is plugged in where it needs to be. The second I turn it on. It turns it self back off.
The Parts List:
EVGA 500B
WD 1.0TB
Intel Core i5-7400
Vengeance DDR4
GIGABYTE B360M DS3H
