My computer opens Windows help anytime I touch the keys

When I want to open a window, it goes crazy and opens window after window of Internet Help
The only way to stop it is "Log Off"
When I log off, it have 40 to 60 sessions of Internet Help open

Suggestions?

As an initial step, have you tried rolling back to a recent restore point? Alternatively, since this seems like a browser issue, you might consider resetting your browser to default settings. What browser are you using, Internet Explorer? If so, what version?
