My computer put something like a search bar at the top of the screen but no way to close it. I would appreciate help ever sooo

My computer updated then asked me to click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner, after that something with a camera icon appeared and said something like settings changed, it popped up and went away too fast for me to read it. Now there is this annoying search bar like thing at the top of my screen and i can't find how to fix it.
