Regardless of what the problem is, you should return it since you have warranty. I wouldn't try to solve this problem on a brand new premade pc.
I put in my own parts on the site and such. It was working fine when I got it, it starting freezing when I starting running games on it. I would rather wait a bit before I send it back to see if I can fix it.
OK, fair enough. What are the specs of the pc? cpu, motherboard, ram, gpu and psu brand and type is important to know.
Did you look at the temperatures, is it not overheating?
That's what the temperatures read.
DDR3-1866 G.SKILL RipjawsX 8GB RAM
AMD R9 270X 2GB Video Card
Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P -- AMD 970 Motherboard
Corsair CX600 V2 PSU
AMD FX-8320 CPU (8x 3.50GHz/8MB L3 Cache) CPU
