My computer randomly got extremely slow for no reason.

Before it was slow I was playing games on steam then I turned off my computer the correct way. Then the next day I turn on my computer and the boot takes longer than usually by about 3-5min more, and everything loads up slow and my games I usually get like 180-200fps on I get 40-50fps, and it takes the game a long time to load than usual. I tried resetting the computer, but it always comes with an error that is error code 0xc00000e9.

that code is that your HDD might be failing..
How old are your HDD and what brand?

I fixed my computer the solution for me was to go on CCleaner and scan for registry errors and fix them. So apparently it said I had 3000+ errors in my registry and on another program it said that too. But fixing all the errors fixed my computer for being extremely slow.
