My Computer Randomly is Freezing

Randomly my computer will either freeze up, as in display stops moving but still displays without sound or response to keyboard or mouse, or it stops displaying to the monitors but remains on and still has sounds

Here is my parts list:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury White 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX Video Card

Solution
1| Borrow a similar wattage unit for friend that is yet reliable and try running your system off of it and replicate the issue.
2| Make sure you've installed the latest drivers for your GPU. Use display driver uninstaller to uninstall your drivers and reinstall aforementioned drivers. If you're experiencing the issue on the latest drivers then revert to previous known stable drivers.
3| Run memtest86 for 10 passes and if any errors come up then the issue is with the ram.
4| You didn't include the OS for your system. Have you made sure the rest of your devices and chipset drivers are up to date inclusive of BIOS?
