Recently whenever I've played a game after some time my whole computer goes laggy, the game acts like it's FPS lagging, the mouse shakes and moves around slowly and everything just goes super slow. I know I don't have a virus or my internet for the games due to the lag on the desktop as well. I have a nice setup so I'm very confused. Sometimes If I shutdown my computer and restart it even it will stop but re occur randomly. Please help!

I don't know if there is a way for me to post my dxdiag file for you to look at but I know I have a nice setup.

My cpu is an intel core i5-3570k. here's a link.

Also: sorry for the late reply, I was on a trip and could not access my computer, so I turned it off and tried to let it cool down.

Here is a screenshot: http://imgur.com/nrJ9RMi

I did not download coretemp because chrome said it was malware though.

Okay well your temps are fine, as the max temp on IvyBridge is 105'c and you're hitting 60'c (if that was in games).... so my next suggestion is do a full system scan with a high rated program such as avast, possibly a boot scan to check for virus' and malware... may I ask what your PSU is? as this may be a culprit
