My computer randomly restarts when playing intensive games

For some reason my computer keeps randomly restarting when playing intensive games. Please help? GPU: GeForce GTX 750 Ti SC CPU: FX-4300 PSU: 500W. I tried to install new drivers and clean out dust out of fans. Fans work fine and everything is connected properly. I have no clue what this could be and I'm very stressed out about it please help. Thanks!

Hello... is it Summer time there? or humid... Your problem is typical to a overheating component... as "Simple Test" remove cover from your case... check Temps and Fans/fins for dirt/lint... etc.
Can you post a pic of your BIO's health screen for me?

Thanks for the quick response. This has been happening for around 2 months now on and off so I don't think it's the summer weather. And how do you check the cpu/gpu temp? Sorry I'm new to pc gaming so yeah. And also 1 more question how do I get into the BIO's health screen? Thanks in advance

Ok so i checked my GPU and CPU temps while idling and my gpu runs at 30C while idle and my cpu runs at 9C while idle while playing a intensive game (ARK: Survival Evolved) my gpu is around 55C is and my cpu is around 34C I have yet to check the bio's health screen as im busy atm but hope this info helps.

Hello... Yes... Thx B / if these are Windows crashes ... there will be a LOG of them to look out... When you have time look here for a reason ok? B /

You NEED to be logged on as administrator to the OS...

let's see what the OS is reporting as the error... Right click computer-manage-System Tools-Windows logs-system.... Click on the "RED" errors, for more information... and files/drivers/Apps, comments/suggestions/information associated with them B )

Posting screen images from here will help me, help you faster... But copy and posting text will work too B )

Unless where you live is very cold, these temperatures are wrong. Try downloading RealTemp and see what that gives you. If it's straight shutting down with no bluescreen or errors, I would say overheating or power brown outs.

For your CPU to be 9c while idle, the ambient air temperature would have to be at least a few degrees colder than that, with a good CPU cooler.

I Took a screenshot of the log when it happend. There was a critical error, here is the screenshot :http://imgur.com/g6hMQJ5 There is also a warning after it that says this: The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device SWD\WPDBUSENUM\_??_USBSTOR#Disk&Ven_Generic&Prod_Flash_Disk&Rev_8.00#EE5E8788&0#{53f56307-b6bf-11d0-94f2-00a0c91efb8b}.

Hello... OK you got Good EYE's for me here... great pics B ) ok the error you've shown me is "Kernel 41" this means the OS was NOT shut down properly... A hardware or Typically, a user HIT the power switch on the Power Supply because of a OS freeze... is this correct? are you resetting Windows using the Power switch? B /... We will not be concerned at this error/step, in Our OS investigation at this time.

What I needs your EYE's on next is... all "Critical errors" that occurred outside of the OS files... So I need some screen shots of NON Windows APPS that theses errors "Caused" or point to... OK B /

I don't see any critical errors outside OS files hmm.....

If your talking about critical errors there is none beside the kernal ones. hmm....

Hello... IF you have all Kernel 41 then... Windows OS was not Powered Down properly... and I would put my Meter to the PS and voltages etc... Check over Power connection to devices... etc...
1) It could be a HARDWARE problem causing the PS to shutdown from "high" current or Temperature.
2) You could have also have a MB Power chips failing under heat or Load... B /
3) you could have a drive/card going "power" bad?
