Question my computer randomly shuts down

i have a problem where my pc turns off while under load/gaming, but my motherboard gives a 00 q code and fans keep spinning, and just a black screen.

my specs
Cpu: ryzen 9 5900x
Gpu: Msi rtx 3080 suprim
motherboard: ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Impact
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz 32GB
cpu cooler: noctua nh-d15s
ssd: Samsung 860 PRO 1TB SSD
nvme: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 250G
psu: cosair 1000w (in use now) and 750w
fans: Noctua NF-P12 redux

How old is the Corsair unit? Make and model of the mystery 750W unit? Age of said unit as well? What BIOS version are you on at the time of writing? Might want to also bring up HWMonitor and see what your temps are when the system shuts down. I'd also ask you to inspect the mounting of the cooler on the processor. It could be a thermal shutdown(overheating) from an improper mount for the CPU cooler.

Hello they are both brand new Corsair HX1000, 1000W is my brothers and Corsair RM750x is mine
and arcording to both msi afterburner and ryzen master my "top" temp is 77 for the cpu and my gpu never reaches 70
i use it in a test bench for now but the pc was in cosairs q300l case so airflow should not be a problem
