If you're indeed on BIOS version 0603, you have a number of BIOS updates pending. I'd advise gradually working your way to the latest version, i.e, 0603>0608>0805>1004>1202>1212>1216>1602>1804>2003>2006

You should ideally be on version 20H2 for Windows 10, in case you're on an older version of the OS..

one post is enough

41 (63) just means windows recognises PC was restarted but it may not know why

so it only happens on a restart? if you run PC all day without a restart its fine?

latest chipset drivers?

Yes it only happens when i restart the PC or i turn it on for the first time from the power button. And all drivers are installed and up-to-date!

First of all thanks for your response. Secondly my BIOS version 0805 i know that's not a BIOS issue because it was running fine on the same version. And yes my windows 10 version is 20H2 i installed it 3 days ago.

20H2 may have installed new drivers that work better with the newer bios

does the restart happen in safe mode?
  • go to settings/update & security/recovery
  • under advanced startup, click restart now button
  • this restarts PC in a blue menu
  • choose troubleshoot
  • choose advanced
  • choose startup options
  • click the restart button
  • choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
  • Pc will restart and load safe mode
