my computer restarts, no BSoD, and a random color appears on my screen.

It is not overheating, and people say that it is prob the PSU. i am wondering, my computer stays on when it randomly restarts(fans, fan LEDs), so could it still be the power supply?

EVGA GTX 750ti SC
Corsair cx430w
crucial ballistix 8gb stick
MSI a78M-E35
kingston 120GB ssd
Seagate 1TB HDD
