you check your ram?

those would be the first two places i'd look. having seen what a bootlegged copy of win7 looks like when ms security uncovers it, i somehow doubt that's your issue.

but it could be overheating, or a low wattage power supply too.

It says my temps are around 30*C. It says my ram is ok. My MOBO has a led(memok) that I assume would indicate to me an issue with the ram. What's another way to check ram? CPUz recognizes both sticks of ram.
