My computer restarts when i attempt to play a game...whats up

It says my temps are around 30*C. It says my ram is ok. My MOBO has a led(memok) that I assume would indicate to me an issue with the ram. What's another way to check ram? CPUz recognizes both sticks of ram.

I get post beep and all , but I'm unable to access my BIOS. It goes to a black screen and I have to restart.
