Question My computer restarts when I open a game to play .

My specs are -
Core I5 6500
Ram 8GB
1 TB HDD
MSI B150M bazooka
RX 570 4GB OC
CORSAIR VS450 PSU

Now the problem I am facing that whenever I try to play a game , my pc restarts without any warning or whatsoever . Note that without playing game I can do everything and my pc doesnt restart at all. PLEASE HELP ME

Try monitoring the CPU temperature and, if ok, testing different power supply. The one you have is weak and not meant for gaming.

well I am monitoring my cpu and gpu temp continuously . They seem fine to me . while idle cpu temp is 35-40 . while gaming its 50-60 highest . My psu isnt that good for gaming YES. Apart from that do you think anything that could cause this kinda issue .

You can try a system restore, if you performed some driver updates recently, but I'd firstly rule out the power supply.
