My computer restarts when playing games

This started happening around 10 days ago. Whenever I play any game my monitor goes black the audio glitches and my PC restarts.

CPU AMD 6700k
GPU Sapphire RX 460
8gb ram
Some gigabyte motherboard

Check ur cpu and gpu temps using hwmonitor... then post the results

If its the temps... clean the cpu and also increase fan speed from bios
