yes , it's usually the bios boot priorities that gives you that start up error , if you managed to go into bios settings then you gotta sort out your priorities

Thank you Jimmy for responding. But, my problem is that I can't get into BIOS. It keeps asking me for a password that I never set. I think it's a manufacturer thing.
