My computer shows that is connected but doesnt sent any pakets or receive

In the command prompt box type ipconfig, do you see an IP address for your computer that is within the network range of the gateway address listed? (just post the output from the ipconfig command)

Has this computer ever accessed the Internet through the router than runs your network? What did you change before it stopped working?
