PSU make and model (or part number) is? Also, how old the PSU is, and was the PSU bought new or used/refurbished?

Since knowing it is critical.
Just saying brand and wattage capacity doesn't tell anything meaningful. I might as well say that i have Seasonic 520, 550, 650 and 850. Good luck on guessing which PSUs i exactly have.

A sudden shutoff is LEANING towards a power consumption issue . If you Installed a new GPU or something , it might require more voltage than your power supply can muster under load . Most stock power supplys can barely support the components they come with .

Corsair RM750 white it’s new i bought it brand new I’ve been through the whole PSU thing already tbh so if we can skip this part and actually find the issue that would be great I recently changed it from a not so good psu so i know that’s not the problem

Well, you didn't say nothing about it in your initial topic. So, how we are supposed to know that?

In the matter of fact, you didn't say ANY troubleshooting steps that you've tried thus far. All you said, was that you have an issue and listed PC specs.

PC powering off during usage, is usually either due to:
* high thermals
* PSU issue
and rarely, due to:
* main electricity grid issues
* MoBo VRM

High thermals is fixed by improving airflow inside the PC (also ramping up fan RPM) or buying better fans/CPU cooler.
PSU issue is fixed by replacing PSU with good/great quality PSU. Corsair RM-series is mediocre quality unit.
Main electricity grid issues are remedied by an UPS.
MoBo VRM is fixed by MoBo replacement.
