my computer sometimes restart when the power goes out

so sometime while playing any game if the power goes out( which is normal when i come from to happen) my pc restarts but only if i'm playing games now what i did is get a new power supply around 600 watt to see if the problem goes a away but it got worse my pc started restarting by itself so i changed back to my old power supply 350 watt and got a new ups and the problem still occurred but less but i still want to find a permanent fix could be my cmos battery does it need changing ???

i have a
intel corei7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
ram:8gb
vga:560gtx
motherboard:h81m-s2pt

Pretty sure they get Brown outs as their power grid just can't hand all the load of people and the heat in that area.

What UPS do you have? Maybe the UPS can not keep up, I got a cheap UPS I power my system thats in my description and I will randomly get reboots as the battery can't keep up and starts to overheat even if the UPS is plugged into the wall, if I plug the system in the outlets thats not on the battery side the system is perfectly fine.

I suggest to rule out the UPS as being a problem, plug the...

i don't know about the new psu cause i gave it back to the store and the old one i've had it for around maybe 3-5 years i guess the model number of my psu is ip-s350HQ7-0 and to as where i'm from i'm from lebanon

I suggest to rule out the UPS as being a problem, plug the system into the wall and power it on for a few hours while you game and see if the problem goes away, if you still have the problem, Then its your PC and not the UPS.

If the UPS is old they tend to get weak over time and need replaced, though even with dead UPS they work as long as the outlets work, they do still help with surges and can condition the power to whatever you plug into it.
