If you're wanting to experiment with overclocking, I would research a lot and do it manually. Those one-click solutions generally add way too much voltage to get the CPU up, which can cause heat problems, and long-term damage to the CPU itself.
Yeah, if you plan on overclocking at all. For moderate overclocking (which is all I would suggest to someone new at it) the best option is the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo, which only costs about $30, and will let you overclock a decent bit.
