Question My computer starts up and boots into windows briefly, but then my peripherals go dark, but my case and cpu fans still spin

2x8 3200mhz ram
Rtx 2060
Wd blue 1 tb hdd
wd blue 128 gb ssd
evga b3 450 watt modular psu

My system boots into the bios fine and works there, and i didn’t do anything to my computer. Last i used it i just turned it off like usual, and now when i went to turn it on, this happened. Occasionally, it goes into a Windows had trouble starting screen before it goes to my lock screen, but that’s all i know. Any help would be massively appreciated!

UPDATE:I did a system restore and it worked!
