MY computer stopped running games recentyl

So, up until today, my computer has been able to run every game I own perfectly. However, now they all dont get above 20 fps.

CSGO : usually gets 200 gets 18
shellshock live : usually gets 100 gets 5
rocket league : usually gets 60, gets 6
H1Z1 : usually gets 80, gets 13

I dont know what I can do to fix.

Try using DDU:

then reinstalling your drivers (if it's an AMD GPU install 17.4.4)
