my computer stuck

My computer dell latitude e4300 have windows xp stuck on welcome window, and when I boot in safe mode is stuck on this windows\system32\drivers\mup.sys, and installation is stuck on setup is starting window

It seems that the mup.sys file is missing or corrupted. Download the mup.sys file that is missing, and with Hiren's Boot you put the file that you downloaded in the same directory. In case it's windows\system32\drivers\
