My computer suddenly shuts down the screen

The screen always shuts down for 2 seconds when im playing war thunder and the temps are very high but even though its already low (temps) the screen still shuts down momentarily

-Intel i7-6700
-Palit GTX 1070 dual
-Corsair vengeance ddr4 2133mhz 16 gbs
-Gigabyte H170 D3H
-700 watts PSU

What do you mean the temps are very high, but already low? So are they high or not? And what are they exactly? Also what is the brand and model of the power supply you are using?

what i mean is that whether the temps are high or not, the screen will black out for like 2 secs

That's not a bad PSU, but not a top tier one for a gaming system.

Does the screen issue happen in any other game or test? If only in one game, I'd test the card in another computer on that same game and see what happens there.
