Question My computer suddenly stopped booting

My computer randomly stopped booting. All fans and lights turn on, but mouse, keyboard and monitor does not. I have been able to turn get it to boot, but it seems random and it has only booted 5-6 times since the problem occured. I dont know to much about computers but i suspect there being something wrong with the BIOS. I have tried multiple things such as taking out the RAM, cleaning them and putting them in in another slot. Tried with a different graphicscard and in a different slot. I have a ASUS sabertooth 990fx R2.0 motherboard. Dont know if this matters but the DRAM_LED blinks continously in red when the computer is on and the CPU_LED blinks twice right after turning the computer on.
