My computer takes like 3 seconds to write "@" and I have no idea why,

It has done this all the time and dont know why, when I do Ctrl + alt and 2 nothing happens until like 3 seconds after, surely this isnt such a huge problem but there isnt any other button that do this, Help!

Its not the Keyboard or anything, it has been since the beginning I think, or atleast for very long, ive upgraded my components aswell so I dont think that is the problem, the only component that is right from the start is the HDD. OS has been changed from Windows 7 to 10.

Why are you using CTRL-ALT-2 for the @ sign instead of SHIFT-2?

I don't understand. Are you working in MS Word and trying to set a heading with ctrl+alt+2? Or are you try to type the @ by pressing shift+2?

shift+2 makes ", I have a nordic keyboard. and ctrl+alt+makes @, you could do alt gr+2 aswell
