My computer takes too long to boot and as soon as it does, everything is slow

My icons can't grid and I can't click the stuff to the right on the taskbar. It seems the sound quality was affected as well, as the bass needs to be adjusted higher to receive its usual effects.

This was after downloading a wacom tablet driver from their official website, so i'm not sure if its a virus.

I'm gonna try to start it on safemode and run some antiviruses but i was wondering if anyone might able to to identify the problem.

check your computer's usage using Task Manager and Resource Monitor to see if anything is being overused.
