Today, my pc went from fully functioning to completely unresponsive. I turned it on, started up FL Studio, and it just turned off. No components are receiving power. No lights on my GPU, no fans or LEDs are on, which leads me to believe it is a problem with the PSU. What do you think the problem is?

If no power whatsoever, then problem with PSU or motherboard. Try PSU on an alternate system to confirm the same. Before that you may try disconnecting the system from wall outlet and press and hold power button to remove static power from system and then again reconnect and try powering on the system. I have seen this work many a times.

I tried the solution you offered. I would almost definitely put it down to a psu problem because the fan in the psu does not turn on and it does not make any sound at all. I don't see it being a mobo problem, because if it were then the psu would still turn on.

It might be either because of the motherboard is unable to signal the PSU for powering on then also, PSU will not power on. Try reseating (disconnect and reconnect cable) the PSU cable on motherboard and ensure the connections are firm. At times, the problem might be related to power cable being used from wall socket to PSU as well. Try the monitor power cable onto PC and then try powering it on.

I've tried all that. I did the paper clip test and realized that the power supply is completely unresponsive. The only strange thing I noticed (other than the PSU not working) is that there was no burning smell that I've heard often accompanies failed PSUs.

In that case, yes, the issue is with PSU if it is not powering on at all. It is not necessary that you will get a burning smell out of failed PSU. You may get the PSU checked from a hardware repair shop if something can be done.
