My computer turns off randomly no error, or blue screen just straight powers off. Can anyone help me?

My computer shuts off randomly with no error or anything. I called tech support from the place I bought it and they seem to think its the RAM I ran 3 memory diagnostics, one with both cards in which my computer shut off mid way through, and then one with each stick separately. With one of the sticks it shut off again during the diagnostic. The other it went with no problems, how ever when I restarted my computer after the RAM stick that finished the diagnostic it powered down again shortly after. It seems to be totally random. Today it shut off on me earlier, but as i type this its been on for the last 30 minutes with no problem. I've also been running it with one RAM stick ( the one that finished the test) for the past day or two, while only browsing the web since its only a 2 GB stick. I ran hw monitor and all my temperatures are fine, but I'm a little worried about my voltage. Can anyone tell me if this looks right or is it a faulty power supply?

Clean your PC for dust, ensure all power cables are plugged in correctly.

I would agree with Suzuki, sounds like a hardware issue in terms of power delivery. Loose cable, could be overheating or it could be the power supply itself becoming overloaded and shutting down. If it was the ram chances are it would blue screen with a memory dump error code. It states that it's a 600w power supply which should be sufficient wattage for the system but if it's a lower quality off brand power supply, less than high quality components or just a faulty unit it may not be capable of supplying the stated 600w or shutting down prematurely due to internals being overloaded.

If hwmonitor is giving even remotely accurate readings, your power levels are way off. 8v on the 12v rail, 3.3v on the 5v rail and 2v on the 3.3v rail are not normal. It could be a faulty motherboard sensor or something giving false readings to the monitoring software but that looks like a power supply issue across the board on all rails. Not even misplaced data like maybe the 12v rail readings and 5v rail readings got reversed in the data presentation. They're all off and by a lot. Even the vbat for the bios battery is around half of what it should be (only 1.56v instead of 3v).

Normally I would think it's strictly a monitoring program error giving false reports but with all of your power issues it may actually be an issue. All power cables are plugged in properly? Especially the 4/8 pin cpu power cable and the 20+4 pin mainboard power connector to the motherboard? Being that it appears to still be under warranty, the company should run diagnostics on the various equipment to determine what part isn't working correctly. They would be able to test the power supply and determine if it's working properly and if so then would probably look at the motherboard. If the psu failed testing then it's likely the psu itself.

Whats the make and model of the PSU? Your pre-build list only shows "standard 600w".

I just ran bios to get a more accurate reading of the voltage it seems to be fine, I may try looking at all the cables again and giving that a shot. I do the issue with my monitor showing no signal upon the first boot up or two probably means my video card is loose or something so its not too far fetched that something else may have been unconnected in shipping although its odd that I'm just getting these problems now.
