My Computer Turns On but Doesn't Do Anything

In a recent build of mine, when I turn on the computer all the fans start going, the lights turn on, but the motherboard just shows the code 00 and the monitor doesn't have a signal. Not really sure what is happening here.

Did you plug in the CPU power cable? It's usually either a 6 or 8 pin near the top-left of the motherboard.

OOOOOOOOOHHHH, I plugged the cpu cable in but it got loose.

lol make sure you push it in until the little clip goes over the "ledge" thing so it stays on.
