Hello, so recently I moved my computer downstairs and brought it back up only to try turning it on and it to immediately shut off right after. It kept doing that but eventually was able to turn on for good, I'd like to think. But when it's on, there is no video output to the monitor or my TV that I was testing out. I have a Razer mouse and keyboard, neither of which light up during this. I plugged up my smartwatch to it to see if it still is getting power through and my watch said it was charging. I went to Petco (since they have curbside pickup) and got 2 Lithium Ion CR2032 3V in hopes that replacing the CMOS battery would work, and it doesn't seem to have changed anything. I have been testing most of this with my graphics card taken out, don't think that influences anything but I will note it just in case. Thank you for hearing me out, quarantine isn't the same without her :(.

Edit: The LED light for the CPU is constantly red.
